Location: Lansing, MI Duration: 12+ months Rate: Open This position's main responsibility will be in supporting client application. This includes, but is not limited to, working with the project manager, application owner and resource manager to define a list of requirements; working on an agile development team to organize work, develop, test and deploy code; attend status and progress meetings with the project manager, application owner, business sponsor, and resource manager. Software Engineer capabilities with 10 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performs a variety of complicated tasks, may lead and direct the work of others, may report directly to a project lead or manager, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Skills Needed: Experience programming in the JBOSS Enterprise SOA environment including JBOSS Workflow and Drools Business Rules engine. Required 4 Years Experience developing complex computer systems using JAVA. Required 10 Years Experience developing complex computer systems using java IDEs such as Eclipse. Required 10 Years Experience programming in SQL and/or PL/SQL. Required 7 Years Experience programming in projects using Spring and Struts framework. Required 7 Years Experience programming in projects using Hibernate/JPA framework. Required 7 Years Experience participating as a programmer/analyst in projects using CMM/CMMI Level 3 methods and practices.
