Put this code behind the sheet that you are using
Private Sub Worksheet_BeforeDoubleClick(ByVal Target As Range, Cancel
As Boolean)
If Target.Address = "$A$1" Then
RightCellClicked
Else
WrongCellClicked
End If
End Sub
Insert a module in the workbook and put this code in:
Sub RightCellClicked()
MsgBox "You clicked target cell"
End Sub
Sub WrongCellClicked()
MsgBox "You didn't click the one we're looking for"
End Sub
When you double click A1 it will call the RightCellCLicked - any other
cell will call WrongCellClicked - soudns like you don't need that one
