Hi Nourredine,

Try changing the number format in MS Excel itself.  To achieve this, Go to
Format - > Cells -> On the Number tab, choose "number" with two decimal
places and check "Use 1000 Seperator (,)".

After changing the number format, continue with your mail merge.
