I need help with VBA

Am working on a vba project. Trying to automate something. Am gonna be using
a barcode reader and my employees have their iCards wit their employee id
printed in barcode.

Wat i need is ??

If someone comes to me with their id card i would not know if he is a
supervisor or junior level employee. When i scan his employee iCard and if
he is a supervisor his employee id should be in textbox1 and his name in
textbox2 whereas employees under him should be populated in spreadsheet
along with their employee ids. now in case if that person is not a
supervisor but just a junior level employee then his supervisor id should be
in textbox1, his supervisor name in textbox2 and his name along with his
team members including their employee id should be populated in spreadsheet.

can you help me with this ASAP? please
