Hi Sandeep,
 
I don't think you can do what you want without a VBA macro.
You can hide the column with the values you want to rank, if
you only want to show the
total of marks, like in my solution attached.
I have not used array formulas to calculate the "loaded"
marks values and I have put some
comments in red text for your consideration.
