Hi,
I am trying to calculate the number of payments that a customer shall
have to make when purchasing certain realestate products.

Assumptions:
#Units being sold:

#Payments Received
Each unit shall be payed for in 3 installments, 1 year after sale of
product.

where x = 0
where y = payment for 1st installment of the 5 units of product 1
(sold in year 1)
z = payment for 2nd installment product 1 (sold in year 1) + 1st
installment of the 8 units of product 1 sold in (year 2)
a = 3rd installment (units sold in year 1) + 2nd installment (units
sold in year 2) + 1st installment (units sold in year 3)
etc

Qs. How can I do this in excel? because there are alot of products and
the payment projection is being made for upto 20years?
