IF(K7="","",IF(K7>"",IF(OR(K7="a",K7="d",K7="n"),7,7.5)))

I do have one question about the following:

> In cell Y7 if d appears in K7 M7 O7 count as 1
> In cell Z7 if A appears in K7 M7 O7 count as 1

Should it count as 1 if all three columns are 'd' or is it either one,
two, or all three?
