Hi Abdul Follow these steps: Select your column first and then click on Data->DataValidation Choose Custom from the drop down menu. Enter the formula as *=IF(COUNTIF(E:E,E1)>1,FALSE,TRUE)* (I chose Column E) This will restrict all duplicate values in your column
