I have a excel file with names of 250 people, and i have 12 columns for each month, each month people nominate themsleves for a training, the maximum limit is 30 members per month. The nominees are marked with "X" for particular month. If the count of X in the month reaches 30 excel should give a alert and should direct the user with a pop up to use next month slot.
