Hi Thanks for the reply.
The form i am editing / creating is part of Excel..  to get to it
TOOLS - MACRO - VISUAL BASIC EDITOR
I have some screen shots of the form running and also of the form in
VB Editor but cant find how to send these to this group to help
explain better ?
If this is possible could you let me know how to do this ?
