Dear Andy, Please do a favor for me could you make this on excel Sheet with VB programming.one sheet would be data base & second Sheet would be Snapshot where i can select Team Leader's name by Validation & it will calculate Absent ism & Shrinkage(%) of that Team Leader Itself.
