Paul,

I think SPS, wants to know, is there a way through which one can
capture system time, at the time when the user locks his/her system
i.e. in a networking environment, people usually press "Windows Key+L"
in order to lock there workstations, before they leave there seat. I
think SPS wants to know, how to capture this time.

Even i would be keen to learn about it.
