Hi,

What it is doing is, mathmatically it may look like as follows:

= 18.25/(1-.65) which is again equal to =18.25/0.35

Oh, i think your formula wants to achieve this

1) Lets assume a figure as X, while the figure 18.25 is 35% of X, in
order to know what the figure X is, you will apply the formula =18.25/
(1-0.65)
