Hi Rajesh,I've come in a bit late on this discussion, so I may not fully understand your needs, but if you want a password that VBA can use, but is not avalable to others, ask for it with an input box. You can assign it to a public variable, or you could store it on any cell of an extra worksheet which has been xlveryhidden.Regards - Dave
