Hi Steve,

An alternative for your query without using an Logical formula is attached.
Procedure is as under:


   1. Select Column B and do "Go To Special" option (i.e., Keyboard shortcut
   F5 or Ctrl+G and select Special Tab)
   2. Choose the option "Blanks"
   3. Now type"=B1" in cell B2 and press "Ctrl+Enter"... Alas,all the gaps
   will be filled with the required value .
