Try the following array formula:

=MAX((A1=Sheet2!A1:A5)*(B1=Sheet2!B1:B5)*Sheet2!C1:C5)

Adjusting the ranges "A1:A5", "B1:B5" and "C1:C5" to the respective ranges
on sheet2.
Just to remember, to use an array formula you should paste the code and then
press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER (if you just press enter, it will not give you the
desired result)
