Dear Peter,

You can Import Data From Data Menu.In DATA Menu Go to Get External Data,
then select Existing Connections,then you will get a dialog box,in that
select browse for more then select the file you need to import, then press
ok. Then you will get a query about what sheets of the workbook you need to
import and where you need to import .Once you specify your requirements you
can have your data imported according to your needs.I am Attaching the file
in which i have impoterd the data of Data One sheet to Import_and_Calc.xlsx.
