Hi Sundarvelan, First, the actual problem need to find out. Only then it can be solved in an efficient manner. 1. How many worksheets do you have? 2. How many rows and columns are occupied in each worksheet? 3. How many charts and pictures have been used?
Reduction of file size depends on these questions.
