 CHOOSE(CODE(B1)-64,"Excellent","Best","Poor"), if B1has the value A, B, or
C.

*CELL("FILENAME",A1) - *we can get instant result of the path of the current
file with sheet name.

*REPT - *This one give us a clear understanding of status
