if you are using Excel 2007 then

use formal : - =IFERROR((IF(VLOOKUP(C12,Ukey,1,0),"
YES", " "),"")

AND 2003 then

=ISERROR((IF(VLOOKUP(C12,Ukey,1,0),"
YES", " "),"",(IF(VLOOKUP(C12,Ukey,1,0),"
YES", " "))
