Hi, One approach is to insert a new blank sheet, call it "END" and move it to become the last sheet in the workbook. Whenever adding new sheets, make sure they sit before the "END" sheet. If your SUM formula was, for example: =SUM(Sheet2:Sheet8!A1) change it to: =SUM(Sheet2:END!A1) All sheets between (and including) "Sheet2" and "END" will be included, no matter how many there are.
