Too many questions, not enough answers. What version of excel are you using?
Do you want the duplicate names deleted from THIS list, or do you want the unique names listed elsewhere? When a name is "added" to the list, are you wanting the name to be "automatically" added to the unique list if it isn't already there? What type of solution are you looking for? Are you comfortable with VBA macros?
