excel is opening a text File the array are data for column index and length of string string to be converted to a cells
Array(Array(1, 2), Array(2, 4)) text file contents: "ABCDEFG" converted to 2 columns column 1 = "AB" column 2 = "CDEF" If you use [Text To Column] ( of DATA menu) you will understand this code.
