Hi Pravin, You could try using the INDIRECT function VLOOKUP(H17,INDIRECT("[SC231WK"&A1&"34.xls]Sheet1!$I$5:$K$20"),H$15,0)
Change the A1 ref to the cell that holds the book number you want Please note that I haven't tested this. I haven't tried VLOOKUP with INDIRECT before.
