Use this in B2 & copy down.
=IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("Opt. ",A2)),LOOKUP(2,1/ISERROR(SEARCH("Opt.
",A$2:A2)),A$2:A2)&SUBSTITUTE(A2,"Opt. ","#"),A2)
Then copy Col_B *Paste Values *in Col_A. Then after delete Col_B.
