Try the following: Press CTRL+A Press F5 Click on special at left bottom Choose blank Click ok Go to edit in the menu Choose clear Click all Press CTRL+END See if this is truly the end of your file, delete all unnecessary rows and column. Again press CTRL+END Delete all cols to the right of it and all rows below it. Right click on sheet name and move it to a new workbook, save it and see the reduction in size
