Hello Mahreen; If you use "3", "2", "1" (number inside "") this will return the number as text. When you do calculation excel is considering these as text. Use it without "" or you can simplify the formula to; =IFERROR(LOOKUP($E$2,{-9E+300,3;3,1;4,0;5,-3}),0) and use it as Sam shows.
