What happened to this code that I had offered? You can certainly add a provision to automatically mark your column.

Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
Dim tr As Long
If Target.Count > 1 Or Target.Row < 3 Then Exit Sub
tr = Target.Row
If Target.Column = 2 Then
Application.ScreenUpdating = False

Rows(tr - 1).Copy Rows(tr).Resize(2)
Cells(tr, "c").Resize(, 20).ClearContents
Rows(tr + 1).ClearContents
'Cells(tr, "b").Select

Application.ScreenUpdating = False

End If
End Sub
