Dear Ankit,
First create name range as per group name as i have created then...
paste below formula in Data->Validation
=INDIRECT(SUBSTITUTE($E$7,"-","_"))
Note : As per naming convention its only accept Service_1 instead of
Service-1
So please keep *_* instead of *-* during naming range creation.
