Hi,

Try this UDF.

Function FINALDEST(ByRef v) As String

    Dim x, i As Long

    If TypeOf v Is Range Then v = v.Value2

    x = Split(v, "-")

    With CreateObject("scripting.dictionary")
        .comparemode = 1
        For i = 0 To UBound(x)
            If Len(x(i)) Then
                .Item(Trim$(x(i))) = Empty
            End If
        Next
        x = .keys
        FINALDEST = x(.Count - 1)
    End With

End Function

and use like

=FINALDEST(A6)
