Because the graduations on the dial are non linear (and not even
logarithmic) you cannot automatically calculate the values.  You have to do
it by trial and error.

I have made a new column with my suggestions.  You could fine tune this if
you wanted to by using more fractional numbers but for practical purposes
my suggestions will probably be adequate.

I do not understand exactly what you are trying to do so if this is not OK
try giving more of an explanation.
