Leave the group by any of these methods:

·        Reply to any group email and change the subject to "REMOVE ME"

·        Send a blank email to excel-macros+unsubscr...@googlegroups.com
·        If you have a Google account (you could create one first if you
want), you can go to http://groups.google.com/group/excel-macros and click
"Edit my membership" then "Unsubscribe".  You can actually also change your
email option (even "no email") there.
