i got this formula which is working exactly the way i want
it =IF(A14="","",IF(MOD(A14,$C$8)=0,$B$4,"")).

the only issue now is to make the deduction to affect the balance, any
other ideas pls to help me here? ie how to i make the withdrawals to affect
the balance anytime i make a withdrawal
