Hi Vikram, The Workday() function return the next working day after the specified no of days it excludes the weekends and the days you have specified as the holidays.
for example if i write: =WORKDAY(DATEVALUE("11/1/2012"),10) the will return 11/15/2012 because there will be weekends on 3,4 and 10 ,11 nov. And also pls note: Dates should be entered by using the DATE function A positive value for days yields a future date; a negative value yields a past date. Prince dubey Hope this will help you .
