Hello Again, There is something funny going on in the formula in the attached sheet. in column B34 i have written a formula INDEX($W$3:$W$667,MATCH(U3,$V$3:$V$667,0)) to pick up the value from a list however the outcome comes with a dash (-), however if i run formula evaluator, you can see it picks the text correctly, however it ends with a dash , i thought i could just multiply the outcome by 1 to get the text, that also did not help, can i get an assistance why excel is behaving this way. thanks
