This is not a function of Excel AFAIK but if you Google PDF to EXCEL you will see that there are a number of options. Some of these involve software, which you are not allowed. However your company may have Adobe Acrobat X which can do this. Other sites offer, often free of charge, a service where you email them a pdf and they email back the excel version. You might still have to do some work on the converted file but it would be a start.
