Don, "technically"... N.Sundarvelan (the originator) included a file in .xlsx format. Which implies he has either xl2007 or xl2010...
But.. yes, this solution seems to have LOTS of selections. and other "jumping around" that is a lot of "wasted motion". any time the display is updated, the run time is increased. My solution (using a Dictionary Object) looked through all 12,000+ userids and generated the list of 5000 unique id's in less than 5 seconds...
