For each cell in range in B3 to B22 if it is equals to m4 then ... If True: here for each cell in range H3 to K12 if cell is equal to 1 then give sum of all cells which is equal to 1.. If False: here for each cell in range H13 to K22 if cell is equal to 1 then give sum of all cells which is equal to 1.. Pl share your sheet for better explanation.
