And my question is why have 200 files. Provide a sample master file and a 
sample slave file.

Rajan, I'm totally puzzle ri8 now, how to create this. At present I have 
created 200 (as per emp. id) different excel file which is linked up with this 
master file. But sometimes it gets hang during updation, that's why I wanna 
create this file through VBA, and I'm not so good in VBA. Kindly help me to 
create this Work allocation file.
