I do not know of a chat type in excel that does what you want directly. Since you only have 8 data points (360 is the same as 0 so can be ignored) you could do it by making 8 doughnut charts and putting them on top of each other. Clunky, I know, but it is probably better than trying to plot the 8 points and join them each to 0,0 coordinate. Turtle Graphics anyone?
