Noorain, I am not sure how the document that you shared will be helpful in learning dashboards. That attachment is specifically designed to guide "Digital Dashboard function in IMMEX" that may be some proprietary feature of some company. It does not at all teaches how to develop dashboard or give presentation in excel.
