Please add me to the people wishing to send mail using g mail or yahoo

What am I looking for

1. Log in = I am ready to log in thru VBA or thru browser
2. Send mail = I will cut and paste recipients , first name, subject, body 
in the places dedicated / decided by you on the XL sheet. Click a button 
and mail should be sent out of yahoo mail or g mail 
3. These are standard mail , news letter sort of stuff
