I need mix of all the places with the kms derived from the data table
for eg:
Data is:
A  to B is 15
B to C is 2
C to D is 3
A to D is 20

I require:
A to B 15
B to A 15
B to C 2
C to B 2
C to D 3
D to C 3
B to D 5
D to B 5
C to A 17
A to C 17
A to D 17
D to A 17
