The problem is that you have some rounding errors. For instance, the values that display as .05 in column H are showing as: 0.0500000000001819
so, when you count values = .05, you're not finding any. I think if you change the formulas in column H to: =ROUND(A2-D2,2) your counts will come out correctly.
