Hi Pravin,
i have just add inputbox for value input and replace sheet.protect
with sheet.unprotect for Unprotect all sheets
for protect all sheets

myPassword = InputBox("Enter password")
For Each sheet In ActiveWorkbook.Worksheets
sheet.Protect Password:=myPassword
Next
