*Role: Data base Administrator – SQL* *Location: Minneapolis* *Duration: 1 Year and above* Job Description: - Around 8+ years of experience in Database Administration in SQLServer for production support( 24/7)**** - Good in Database Administration on Production Servers with server configuration, performance tuning and maintenance with outstanding troubleshooting capabilities.**** - Administering SQL Server High Availability.**** - Good in Database backup and recovery models.**** - Worked on Database migration activity**** - Expertise on high availability like Replication, Database mirroring, Log shipping and clustering**** - Strong technical background along with the ability to perform business analysis and write effective documentation**** - Hands on experience of developing applications using Sql Server 2000,2005,2008 and 2012 DBA.**** - Very good experience in Installation, configuration and maintenance of SQL Server.**** - Excellent backend skills in creating SQL objects like Tables, Stored Procedures, Views, Indexes, Triggers, Rules, Defaults, user defined data types and functions.**** - Very good T-SQL Programming skills. Experience in query optimization & performance tuning.
