Dear Kartik, Thanks for the suggestions. I do not want to sort list manually but need formuale to sort the above columns as there is some interlinking with other cells.
Also i can sort the salary in descending order using array formulas (also non-array formulas) but i am facing problem with the names as VLOOKUP (and match-index-large) is giving same names for different persons with same salary.
