Dear Chaya The solution from Ashish (using offset command) has lesser effort than using macro. I suggest to use the same for your multiple entries.
using macro is possible in 2008 . no issue. For your information. you have to use Ctrl+ shift + A at first column of each row required. Regards Prashant.
