Hi, I have a large set of data from a report that leads to lines of blank data for certain variables. A certain person may have multiple children attributed to their entry which creates multiple rows for them but does not fill in their pertaining data. I am trying to figure out a simple solution to fill in the blanks. I have tried this shortcut multiple times in different settings but the blanks always are filled in as "=A2". What am I doing wrong? The variables have different format for the cells (some are text, some are dates, some are numbers). I'm not sure the best solution to this dilemma to make a more efficient analysis of the data.
Thanks for your help, Katie -- Are you =EXP(E:RT) or =NOT(EXP(E:RT)) in Excel? And do you wanna be? It’s =TIME(2,DO:IT,N:OW) !
