What do these times represent? Why would the equipment be recorded as down 9:00-12:00 AND 10:00-11:30? Is there a minimum recording increment? as in: 5 minute minimum or is it (1) minute increments? I'm considering setting up an array of increments for 24 hours and "flagging" the increment to avoid duplications.
